You said YES!

So you’ve said yes and now you’re wondering what’s next! Below i have created some FAQs that should help make your process in choosing hair and makeup fairly easy!

Q. How soon in advance should I book?

A. I recommend 6 months to a year. As you may know Charleston is one of the top wedding destinations so dates fill up pretty quickly. To ensure that I am able to be a part of your big day I would highly recommend booking ahead of time!

Q. Should I schedule a bridal trial?

A. Yes, absolutely! Trials not only allow me to get to know you but it also gives you a chance to feel my creativity and discover what your needs are for your wedding day. You have these ideas and goals and I want to bring them to life. I feel like it is also a consultation in a way, each bride has different features, so I find it easier to cater to my brides when I know what it is that they are looking for. I also recommend scheduling your trial on the day of your engagement photos or your bridal portraits. This saves you the trouble of having to schedule hair and makeup a third time.

Q. What kind of makeup do you use?

I use a wide variety of products. The specific type of products I use are based on your skin type. I often use airbrush application along with other long wearing products so your makeup doesn’t budge at all!

Q. Where are you located?

A. I am an on location stylist. So i come to you, give you the whole VIP experience in the comfort of your space. I will also be on location the day of so you won’t have to worry about traveling!

Q. Do you require a deposit?

Yes I require a $200 deposit. This is of course taken out of your total amount due and it is required to hold your date along with a signed contract.

Q. What if I want to schedule my trial first and give my deposit at a later date?

A. Unfortunately due to high demand during prime wedding season I am not able to hold your date past the trial date! I highly recommend booking on the date of your trial to lock in and secure your date thus avoiding the hassle of missing out and not being able to secure your date.

Q. How many services can you do?

To make the bride my prime focus I like to do 6 services, whether it be all hair, all makeup or a combination of both! Anything over six service would mean that I'd bring my assistant or any additional stylist.

Q. How long will you take per service?

For makeup application I take 30 minutes per face. For hair (up-dos,blow outs) I take about 35-40 minutes.
